Hostfolio ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Hostfolio website and the Hostfolio desktop application (the "Service").

- Service Description
Hostfolio is a desktop application for real estate investment analysis. It allows you to import bank statements as CSVs, categorize transactions, view portfolio KPIs and charts, and run pre-purchase analyses.
- Access to the Service
License: Access to Hostfolio Pro features is granted through a one-time purchase. You will receive a license key to activate the application. Free updates for all minors versions are included (V1.x).
- Payment Terms
Pricing: Hostfolio is sold as a one-time purchase. Details are available on our Pricing page.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via the methods supported by our payment provider (e.g. Lemon Squeezy).
- Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase if you wish to request a refund.

- User Responsibilities

- Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of any content they create and upload to the Service. By uploading content, users grant Hostfolio.app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

User Content Responsibility: Hostfolio.app is not responsible for any content that users upload, store, or manage on the platform. Users are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of their content.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hostfolio.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Service;
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.
